I remember, when I was a kid, my mom had a hard time convincing me to eat fruits and vegetables. As a kid, I have always been a junk foods and soda fanatic. But while I was growing up, went into school and got exposed into different teachings and information, I soon then realize that natural foods especially fruits and vegetables are vital to our health.
Natural foods contain the purest of vitamins and fibers that aid in the better digestion and absorption of food. Now, I am starting the training for my toddler for her to get used to eating fruits and vegetables. It's just normal for a kid to react badly on bitter vegetables. It's just a matter of making it a habit until later on your kid will realize that it's not that strange-tasting anyway.
It's always golden to immerse your kid into healthy intakes because it's in the toddler stage that they develop all other important aspects of their being.
